Toasted bread with Gorgonzola and Honey
Ingredients:
1/4 lb. Gorgonzola, cut into small pieces
2-3 Tbs. heavy cream
8 1/2-inch thick slices of crusty baguette bread
3 Tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey
Directions:
Lightly toast or grill bread slices and arrange in one layer on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Farenheight. In a small bowl, use a fork to break apart the cheese, then add cream and blend well, using the back of a spoon to smooth out the lumps. Spoon cheese mixture onto toasted bread and drizzle with honey. Bake for 1-2 minutes or until cheese begins to bubble. Serve hot with additional honey on top.
