Sweet Strips
Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
1/4 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
11/2 c. plain dry bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
Nonstick cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Farenheight. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. In shallow bowl, whisk together honey and teriyaki sauce. Pour bread crumbs into separate bowl. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper. Dip chicken strips in honey mixture, then in bread crumbs, using one hand for wet ingredients and the other for dry ingredients. Arrange strips on baking sheet and coat lightly with cooking spray. Bake 12-15 minutes or until cooked through. Makes 4 servings. Serving suggestion: Serve with additional Burleson's Pure Honey as a dipping sauce.
