Sweet Omelet

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 tsp. Burleson's Pure Honey
1 tsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 Tbs. unsalted butter
Directions:
Beat together eggs, honey and flour until frothy and fluffy. Heat butter in a skillet or omelet pan until butter bubbles, being sure to coat the entire pan. Add egg mixture and cook, without stirring, until the eggs begin to set. Use a wooden spatula to loosen the entire edge of the omelet, then carefully turn it over to cook on the other side 1-2 minutes more or until golden. Makes 1 serving. Serving suggestion: Drizzle with honey or serve with a dollop of strawberry jam.
