Slow Cooker Lamb Chops A La Orange
Ingredients:
8 thick lamb rib chops
2 Tbs. olive oil
1/2 c. prepared orange juice
2 Tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. cornstarch
Directions:
Brown lamb chops in oil and drain well. Place in slow cooker. Combine orange juice, honey, salt and cornstarch in a bowl and brush mixture onto browned lamb chops. Cover and cook on low 6 - 8 hours. For a thicker sauce, remove the chops before serving and keep warm. Pour remaining sauce into saucepan and place on high heat. Stir in a mixture of 2 Tbs. cornstarch and 1/4 c. water, stirring until sauce is thick and transparent. Makes 4 servings.
