Simple Citrus-Sage Chicken
Ingredients:
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
6 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 tsp. crushed dried sage leaves
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. crushed dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions:
Rinse chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry with paper towels; place in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour half the sauce over chicken and bake at 350 degrees Farenheight. for 20 minutes. Turn chicken and pour remaining sauce on top. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 8 servings.
