Quick And Easy Breakfast Bars




1 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. chunky peanut butter
7 c. crisp rice cereal
1/2 c. raisins

Coat a 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In large microwave-safe bowl, stir together honey and brown sugar. Microwave on High for 3 - 5 minutes, or just until the mixture begins to bubble, stirring every minute. Stir in the peanut butter and combine well. Add the cereal and raisins and stir until coated. Turn the mixture into the pan and press it firmly into place. When it is cool, cut into 16 bars.
