Pork and Spicy Honey Sauce
Ingredients:
1 3 lbs. lean pork loin
3/4 c. Burleson's Dark Honey
1 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. onion, minced
2 Tbs. dry red wine
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pork in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and keep warm. Grill pork, covered, on medium-hot coals, turning and basting frequently with honey sauce about 1 hour or until meat thermometer registers 155 degrees to 160 degrees Farenheight. Remove from grill; cover and keep warm 15 minutes before slicing. Makes 6 servings.
