Little Lamb Ribs
Ingredients:
1/4 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
3-1/2 lbs. lamb riblets from the breast, cut into 2 slabs
Directions:
Stir honey and Worcestershire together and brush on both sides of ribs. Grill over medium-high heat, turning and brushing with sauce 4-5 times for about 30 minutes. The meat between the ribs should be fork-tender when done. Serve with additional sauce. Makes 4 servings.
