Hot Honey Pecans

The ultimate holiday snack
Ingredients:
2 c. pecan halves
1/4 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1 Tbs. hot pepper sauce (Tabasco recommended)
Directions:
Place a large non-stick skillet over a high heat for 1 minute. Add pecan and reduce heat to medium. Stir nuts about 4 minutes, until lightly toasted. Add honey and continue to stir for 2-3 minutes, or until the honey browns and the nuts are shiny. Remove from heat and quickly add cinnamon, salt and hot sauce, being sure to coat the nuts well. Spread the mixture into a single layer on a large sheet pan. Allow to cool 5 minutes, or until just cool enough to touch, then break into individual nuts/pieces. Cool thoroughly and store in an airtight container. Makes about 2 c.. Serving suggestion: Serve as a snack or use as a salad topper.
