Honey-Balsamic Glazed Honey
Ingredients:
6 6-oz. salmon filets with skin
1/2 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
3 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbs. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/8 tsp. salt
Directions:
Season flesh side of fish salt and arrange skin-side down in shallow baking pan. Roast at 500 degrees Farenheight. for 5 minutes. In small bowl, mix honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic and salt. Drizzle 1 Tbs. glaze over each filet and roast an additional 3-5 minutes. Remove salmon to serving plates and drizzle remaining glaze over each filet. Makes 6 servings.
