Ginger-Garlic Chicken
Ingredients:
1 3 lb. chicken, cut into pieces
1/2 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sherry wine
2 tsp. ginger powder
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions:
Place chicken in zippered plastic bag or large glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and pour over chicken, turning to coat. Close bag/cover dish with plastic wrap and marinate chicken in refrigerator for at least 6 hours, turning as possible. Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Place chicken on a rack in broiler pan, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees Farenheight. 30 minutes. Uncover and brush with marinade, then return to oven uncovered, cooking an additional 30-45 minutes, or until done, brushing occasionally with marinade. Makes 4 servings.
