Figs with Prosciutto and Roquefort

Ingredients:
8 fresh figs, quartered
3 oz. prosciutto slices, each torn into thirds
3 Tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey
3 oz. Roquefort cheese
Ground black pepper
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the figs on the baking sheet and mound prosciutto around the figs. Drizzle the figs with 1 Tbs. honey and broil until figs are lightly browned. Meanwhile, crumble cheese on a platter or divide among 4 plates for individual servings. Add honey-grilled figs and warmed ham to the plates. Drizzle with cooking juices from the pan and additional 2 Tbs. of honey. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper. Makes 4 servings. Serving suggestion: Serve with slices of crusty bread.
