Cowboy Wrap
Ingredients:
3 c. cooked, shredded pork roast
1/4 c. Burleson's Dark Honey
1 can (15 oz.) Ranch or Texas BBQ-style beans
2 c. cooked rice
2 red or green jalapeño chiles, seeded and minced
1 c. shredded lettuce
4 large flour tortillas
Directions:
In small saucepan, combine beans and honey. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Mash beans slightly and stir in pork, rice and chiles. Warm tortillas and divide pork mixture between them, topping evenly with lettuce. Fold and roll the tortillas into individual wraps. Makes 4 servings.
