Bug's Honey-Glazed Carrots
Ingredients:
3 c. carrots, sliced
1/4 c. Burleson's Dark Honey
2 Tbs. butter
Directions:
Bring 2 inches of salted water to a boil in medium saucepan over high heat. Add carrots and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 8-12 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender. Drain carrots and return to saucepan. Stir in honey and butter, cooking over low heat until carrots are glazed. Makes 6 servings.
