Brie in a Breeze
Ingredients:
1/4 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
1 Tbs. brandy
1/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
5-inch diameter round of Brie cheese
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine honey, pecans and brandy. Place cheese on a large ovenproof platter or 9-inch pie plate. Bake in preheated 500 degrees Farenheight oven 4-5 minutes or until cheese softens. Drizzle honey mixture over cheese. Bake and additional 2-3 minutes or until honey topping is heated. Do not allow cheese to melt. Makes 16-20 hors d'oeuvres servings. Serving suggestion: Serve with sliced French bread and apple slices.
