Big Bean Bake
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. olive oil
2 c. chopped onion
1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes with Italian seasonings
1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1/3 c. Burleson's Dark Honey
1/2 c. mesquite-flavored barbecue sauce
2 Tbs. instant coffee granules
1/2 Tbs. Tabasco
Directions:
In a large saucepan, heat oil and saute onions about 10 minutes or until tender. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Simmer 30 minutes or until mixture thickens. Stir in salt and pepper to taste. Makes 6-8 servings.
