Banana Quick Energy Bites
Description:
Keep plenty on hand for instant energy.
Ingredients:
2 c. quick oats
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 Tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 c. sweetened coconut flakes
Directions:
In medium bowl, stir together oats, bananas, vanilla and honey until well combined. Shape into balls, about the size of a walnut. Roll in coconut flakes. Serve immediately. Makes about 12 servings. (Can be stored in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 days.)
