Apricot Morning Drink
Servings:
Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients:
1/2 c. toasted nuts (pecans, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.)
2 c. low-fat milk
3 ripe apricots, pitted and chopped or 6 dried apricots, chopped
2 Tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey
1/2 to 1 c. ice cubes
Directions:
Place nuts in blender container; pulse until finely grinded. Add milk, apricots and honey; pulse until smooth. Add ice; pulse until smooth.
